MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Company believes that its strongest asset is its management team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. The team constitutes experts in venture capital, business structuring, operating and financing public companies, while other members bring their direct hands-on experience in all aspects of exploration, metals-plant design, development and operations. Zhou Zhi Bin , Director, Chairman of the Board Mr. Zhou graduated from Wu Han Military Political University in
Management. He started as a surveyor in the Hydro geological and
worked in Shanghai for almost ten years. He worked with the planning
group building the Shanghai Pak Hu Hotel and then stayed on as a
department head in the hotel when they opened in the 1986. In 2000,
he co-founded Xinzhou Gold Co. and is currently the Chairman and
CEO of this company. Mr. Pak graduated from National Taiwan University (Taipei, Taiwan) in Chemical Engineering (B.Sc). He has worked in this field for major textile companies in Hong Kong and Taiwan in the earlier part of his career. He also worked for Du Pont Taiwan Ltd. and Union Spinning Co. in Taiwan as a Sales Engineer and General Manager, respectively. He has had extensive experience in sales, marketing and management. From 1981 to 1990, he was the executive director of the Sunland Trading Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong), in charge of sales covering South Africa, Europe, China and South East Asia. During the past ten years, he partnered in Shanghai Real Estate businesses, giving him considerable experience in real-estate management and business administration. Recently, he has worked as a business consultant for several mining Joint Venture projects in China and is a co-founder of Tung Ding Resources Inc. Zhou Qiang, Director of JV Mr. Zhou graduated from Shanghai Gymnastic University in Physical Training Management. In his early career as a physical training personnel in Shanghai College. From 1989 to 1996, he was the assistant general manager for Shanghai Hui Feng Co. Ltd., a large international trading company. From 1996 to 2002, he was the assistant General Manager for Shanghai Heng De Investment Co. Ltd.., an international investment company. He is a director and one of the co-founders of Xinzhou Gold Co. Wang Li Qiong Director of JV Ms. Wang graduated from Shanghai College in business
administration. She is an entrepreneur who focuses on pursuing business
opportunities.
She started her career in 1990 and until 1996 worked as an administration
assistant for Xin Jin Jiang Hotel. Then shemoved to the U.S. and
worked in the hotel and restaurant business in the Los Angeles area.
Recently,
besides acting as Chairman of
Z&W Zhen Ding Co. Ltd. in the U.S.A., she focuses her time on
pursuing several other mining business ventures. She offers significant
Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Company experience and is involved in
fund raising, promotion and marketing activities. Technical Team David Bikerman, P. Geologist Liu Yu Wang, Mining Engineer Previously he had various teaching posts as lecturer, then assistant
professor in Southern Gold College, Jiang Xi University and Beijing
Technical University. Professor Luo is working as a consultant to
